live VIVA, offer coaching services aimed at personal development, goal setting, and the manifestation of one's dreams. Our services include providing guidance, support, and resources to assist individuals in achieving their desired outcomes.
Services
An example of our services are: our online course. This is a road map that you may use to transform your life. We offer extensive knowledge of self improvement , guided meditations, mindfulness practices, conscious breathwork, group coaching and other services
Client Responsibilities:
Your active participation is the critical for your success. By engaging our coaching services, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Confidentiality:
We uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect the privacy of our clients. Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or poses a risk of harm to the client or others.
Commitment Fee:
A non-refundable commitment fee of USD 250 is required to secure coaching services with live VIVA when purchasing the Masterclass package at either the $1888 or $888 level. This fee is exclusive to these two Masterclass options and does not apply to any other courses or the monthly membership. The commitment fee confirms the client’s participation and covers the administrative costs associated with scheduling, preparation, and ongoing support.
Payment and Refunds:
All coaching fees are to be paid in advance of services rendered. The commitment fee is non-refundable and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or termination of services by the client. Refunds for prepaid coaching sessions are subject to our refund policy, outlined separately.
One on One Coaching Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with a minimum notice period of 24 hours. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Coaches may also need to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case every effort will be made to accommodate the client's schedule.
Coaching Disclaimer:
It is important to note that while our coaches are highly trained in their fields, they are not licensed therapists or mental health professionals. Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions. Clients are encouraged to seek professional therapy or medical advice if they believe they need assistance with mental health issues or psychological conditions.
Personal Dietary and Fitness Plans:
It is the Client’s responsibility during the on-boarding session to disclose any physical limitations or health problems so we may tailor your fitness plan.
Limitation of Liability:
Viva and its coaches shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our coaching services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viva from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from their participation in coaching sessions.
Time Limit:
Upon purchase of our online course clients will have 6 months to use the course. After 6 months, the option to purchase a monthly membership is available.
Modification of Terms:
Viva reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging our coaching services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
